Use on all your chicken dishes, great on wings and thighs, for a great roast rub a little olive oil over a whole chicken, use 2 tbs of rub, leave to marinade overnight or at least 2 hours. Cooking times may vary depends on the size of your chicken, for best results always cook chicken all the way through until the juices run clear.
