Pickling Spices

Pickling spice is a mixture of whole and broken spices, seeds, and herbs used to flavour during the pickling process. The spices and seeds most typically used include: mustard seed, coriander, bay leaf and fenugreek, some also contain cloves.When adding brine you can also pickle Corned beef, Okra and spicy garlic.
