Rotisserie Chicken

A great way to cook your chicken is on the rotisserie, use it as a dry rub.

Quick recipe: One whole chicken, 2 tbsp Mr Spiceman rotisserie mix, 2tbsp butter,apply the mix over the chicken, rub the butter into the skin and cook on the rotisserie for approximately 1 and 1/2 hours for a small chicken, always refer to your owners manual if using a rotisserie oven.
