Our brisket rub is a favorite almost our customers, for a smoke flavour use Hickory chips to give it a Smoked taste.
One of the most popular ways to cook your Brisket is usually cooked slowly on the barbecue over charcoal, we also used Hickory wood to give it a ” Smoked” flavor, once your Brisket is cooked cut of the end pieces return them to the barbecue to give you some nice burnt ends.
